This case is here on petition for review of a Court of Appeals decision. The First National Bank of Kingman, Kansas, (Bank) appealed a district court judgment entered against it and in favor of Dick Hatfield Chevrolet, Inc., (Hatfield) in the amount of $8,005.90 plus interest and costs. The Bank contended it had perfected a security interest in a pickup truck which had been sold by Hatfield to the Bank...
