A probate judge granted Milton A. Wolfe (Milton) and his wife (Bernice) a divorce on the ground of an irretrievable breakdown of their marriage. He, among other actions, awarded Bernice alimony of $225 each week for six years from October 19, 1984, and $130,000 "forthwith as lump sum alimony."
