Appellant, Harry Paul Bryan, was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County (Hennegan, J.) of burglary and theft. At the disposition hearing, the State established that appellant had been convicted of two prior offenses: in 1976 he had pleaded guilty in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County to robbery with a deadly weapon, for which he received a two year suspended sentence; in 1977 he had pleaded guilty in the Criminal Court for...
