On February 23, 1982, plaintiff commenced this action in trespass and assumpsit by obtaining issuance of a summons against The Procter & Gamble Distributing Company, his former employer, and against both James Arnold and Ernest C. Addy, who had been two of plaintiff's supervisors during his period of employment with Procter & Gamble.
