Rich was convicted of the murder of Leonard Clonts, and received a life sentence.1 Rich's appointed counsel has filed a request for permission to withdraw from the case pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (87 S.C. 1396, 18 LE2d 493) (1967).2
