This case is on interlocutory appeal from the Bankruptcy Court. At issue is whether a timely complaint objecting to discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4) may be amended to assert a claim under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6) after the expiration of the deadline for filing such a complaint.
