The sole issue in this real estate tax abatement case is whether the master erred in finding that certain real property owned by the plaintiff, Locke Lake Colony Association, Inc., in the town of Barnstead, was so encumbered with easements that it had no taxable value, and that plaintiff therefore was entitled to an abatement of real estate taxes for the years in question.
