This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs' Complaint against the debtors/defendants, to have the debt due deemed nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A).

In support thereof, Plaintiffs allege the Defendants engaged in a fraudulent course of conduct by misrepresentation of defendant, Lindy L. Carr's (Carr) skill and expertise as a trader, advisor, and dealer in the future...
