The issues presented in this case are whether a claimant may receive consecutive benefits for loss of a foot and a leg under R.C. 4123.57(C) where there has been but a single injury that necessitated a single amputation, and whether the court of appeals abused its discretion in refusing to certify appellant's case as a class action.
