Defendant was convicted of delivery of less than 50 grams of a controlled substance, heroin, MCL 333.7401, subds (1), (2)(a)(iv), 333.7212(1)(b); MSA 14.15(7401), subds (1), (2)(a)(iv), 14.15(7212)(1)(b). Defendant was sentenced to a prison term of from 3-1/2 to 20 years with credit for time served.
