Defendant appeals as of right from his plea-based conviction for criminal sexual conduct in the second degree, MCL 750.520c(1)(a); MSA 28.788(3)(1)(a). Defendant was sentenced to 6 to 15 years imprisonment. This particular conviction was for the sexual touching of his 10-year-old adopted daughter.
