The wife in this dissolution action has appealed the granting of a partial summary judgment which declared 270 shares of stock in a Virginia corporation to be the husband's separate property. The wife contends summary judgment was improper because there is a fact question as to whether the stock transfers were remuneration for services rendered to the corporation.
