On September 1, 1974, the defendant Margaret Scully incurred medical expenses and lost wages as a result of a motor vehicle accident in Pennsylvania. The other car involved in the accident was a 1974 Mercury operated by Leonard Wildes, who had leased it from Bianchi Lincoln-Mercury, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation.
