This is an adversary proceeding on the complaint of Plaintiffs, Ferdinand J. Snow Company, Inc. (hereinafter "Snow Company") and Snow Financial Corp. (hereinafter "Snow Financial"), in which Plaintiffs claim the right to possession of certain collateral presently in the possession of the Debtor, Waldick Aero-Space Devices, Inc.
