This action was brought pursuant to the forcible entry and detainer statute, General Statutes § 47a-43,1 to the Housing Session of the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield, where it was tried to the court. Judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, from which the defendants appeal.
