Ahmad Abdul Jabbar Al Samad, a/k/a Roy Williams (Williams), appeals a decision issued by the Commissioner of the Bureau of Corrections rejecting his grievance regarding visitation procedures at the State Correctional Institution at Graterford.1 We dismiss Williams' appeal.
