This appeal arose from an action for equitable relief and to recover for damage allegedly caused by the defendants' breach of a contract for the sale and purchase of a business interest, and an agreement not to compete. The trial referee rendered judgment for the defendants as to the alleged breach of the covenant not to compete and for the plaintiffs as to the breach of the agreement not to solicit business, also contained in the covenant, but awarded...
