This appeal arises from the judgment entered by the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas which awarded the plaintiff-appellee, Stuart J. Graines, the sum of $8,125.57, with interest. The judgment was entered against the defendant-appellant, Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, as a refund of sewerage charges improperly paid by Graines.
