This appeal originated in the Miami County Common Pleas Court. Edward F. and Joanne E. Gold, appellees herein, filed a negligence action against appellant, Donald E. Koon, and the Orr Felt Company.1 The matter was tried before a jury which returned a verdict of $250,000 in favor of the Golds.
