The appellants come before us with an appeal from partial denial of disability insurance benefits by the Secretary-appellee. The United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia adopted the report and recommendations of the magistrate, which in turn affirmed the decision of the administrative law judge granting in part and denying in part appellants' application for benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act.
