Jodi Glasser was charged in a twenty-count indictment with embezzling mortgage payments in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 647, 2 and making false entries in the records of the Broward Federal Savings and Loan ("the Bank") in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1006, 2.
