William Francis appeals from the district court's affirmance of the decision of the administrative law judge (ALJ) denying Francis's claim for Disability Insurance Benefits and Supplemental Security Income. Francis alleges disability due to a heart condition, arthritis, pain in his chest and joints, lung disease, a tumor on his right hand, impaired vision, hypertension, and cancer of the lip.
