This action, which is based upon Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., was filed by the plaintiff, Lawrence Moore, in order to redress injuries sustained due to the alleged racially discriminatory policies and practices of the defendants.
