Defendants appeal and plaintiff cross-appeals from a declaratory judgment rendered by the circuit court requiring defendant Detroit Automobile Inter-Insurance Exchange (DAIIE) and defendant Grand Rapids Board of Education (Board) to prorate a single setoff of plaintiff's Social Security disability benefits from DAIIE's payment of no-fault wage-loss benefits and the Board's payment of employee disability benefits to plaintiff.
