Affleck (Affleck or Appellant) appeals his conviction following a six-week trial before a 12-person jury on eight counts of securities fraud pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 78j and 17 C.F.R. § 204.10b-5, one count of causing a person to travel in interstate commerce for the purpose of executing a scheme to defraud under 18 U.S.C. § 2314, and one count of bankruptcy fraud under 18 U.S.C. §§ 152 and 2.
