Plaintiffs Frank Wilhelm, Karl Gatlin, and Harold Kogut brought this age discrimination suit against their former employer, Blue Bell, Inc., under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq.
