This is an appeal from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas affirming a decision of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review ("board") finding that appellant, Catherine Lamolinaro, was dismissed by appellee Kroger Company ("Kroger") for just cause and, accordingly, not entitled to unemployment compensation.
