Graham Lee Kendall was indicted on one count of conspiracy to possess marijuana with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 846 (1982) and 18 U.S.C. § 2 (1982), one count of conspiracy to import marijuana, 21 U.S.C. §§ 952, 963 (1982) and 18 U.S.C. § 2, and one count of violating the Travel Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1952 (1982).
