Lawrence Kates brought suit charging Crocker National Bank with violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.), Unfair Business Practices (Cal.Bus. & Prof.Code § 17200 et seq.), and Invasion of Privacy.
