Under an agreement made on November 24, 1980, Industrial Valley Bank & Trust Company (Valley) periodically made loans to Cambridge Wreckers, Inc., (Cambridge) of Cornwell Heights, Pa., to finance the purchase of the inventory of Cambridge.
