A Massachusetts limited partnership, Exeter Towers Associates, and its limited partners have filed this action against the general partners for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, unfair and deceptive practices in violation of the Massachusetts Regulation of Business Practices for Consumers Protection Act, and racketeering activities in violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations
