This cause is presently before the Court upon the plaintiff's motion for attorney's fees. It is the plaintiff's contention that as prevailing party and pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1988 (1982)1 attorney's fees are warranted and due. The plaintiff requests that the Court award $56,349.78 in attorney's fees and $3,862.12 in expenses for prosecution of this § 1983...
