Appellee (defendant) entered a guilty plea to charges of violating VC §4943(b)(1)* and was sentenced to pay a fine under 75 Pa.C.S. §6502, plus costs. The court accepted the guilty plea after denial of PennDOT's motion to amend the charging citation.
