KARWACKI, Judge.

The appellant, Marvin Nathaniel Duckett, was tried by a jury in the Circuit Court for Charles County on charges of assault with intent to maim, assault, and carrying a weapon openly with the intent to injure. The jury acquitted him of assault with intent to maim, but found him guilty of the remaining charges. He seeks reversal of his convictions on the ground that the trial court erred in admitting evidence of his prior conviction of assault and battery...
