As originally framed when filed on September 4, 1983, the plaintiffs' action claimed negligence and breach of warranty on the part of CIBA-GEIGY Corporation, a New York corporation, arising out of the manufacture and distribution of urea-formaldehyde foam insulation in the plaintiffs' home.
