This is an appeal by the plaintiff from a judgment in favor of the defendant in an employment discrimination and retaliatory discharge case brought pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e — 2000e-16. The district court also held for the defendant on plaintiff's claim that the defendant breached the terms of an EEOC conciliation agreement it had entered into with the plaintiff....
