The plaintiffs, Edwin N. (Anderson) and his wife, Leila C. Anderson, owners of certain commercial premises located on Riverdale Street in West Springfield, brought a summary process action against the defendants seeking to recover possession of the premises. The plaintiffs alleged, in essence, that the lease had expired because it contained an "option to renew" clause and a new lease had not been executed...
