Dennis Rodriguez and Jennifer West appeal their convictions, after a jury trial, of possession of counterfeit bills with intent to defraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 472. They were both arrested in a motel room in which counterfeit bills and evidence of an ongoing counterfeiting operation were found.
