Leonillo and Shirley Duran were found deportable and subsequently sought reopening of their deportation hearing. Both claim they should have been notified during the hearing of their right to apply for relief from deportation during the hearing. The Immigration Judge found that neither petitioner had satisfied the requirements for reopening and the BIA affirmed.
