WEBSTER, J.

Arguing that suppression of evidence, rather than dismissal, is the appropriate remedy for a violation of JCrR 2.11(c), the State appeals the dismissal of driving while under the influence of alcohol (DWI) charges against Sam Prok. We affirm.
