ORDER

Guru Sant Singh Khalsa, a member of the Sikh religion, brought this action against the Army for refusing to process his enlistment application because he could not comply with Army appearance regulations. Practicing Sikhs must wear unshorn head and facial hair and iron bracelets, and are strongly encouraged to wear turbans.
