Margaret Boyanovsky was charged and convicted of three counts of unlawful issuance of checks. Her appeal raises two questions: (1) Must the drawer of a bad check obtain property in order to be convicted of a felony? and (2) Was the evidence sufficient to support a finding she intended to defraud? We affirm.
