SHEEHY, Justice.

This is an appeal by Betty Wilson, hereinafter the wife, from an order of the Thirteenth Judicial District, Yellowstone County, denying her post-judgment motions to amend findings of fact and have a new trial in a divorce action. Kemp Wilson, hereinafter the husband, moved to dismiss this appeal as barred by time limitations. We entertain the appeal as timely, affirm the District Court's denial of the post-judgment motions and remand for determination...
