Walter Kelly and Sandra Hays purchased a parcel of property from the United States. The government had obtained the property through criminal forfeiture proceedings pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § 848(a)(2)(A) (1970).1 The purchasers appeal the district court's decision denying their motion to compel the United States to convey the property by a warranty deed.
