This is an appeal by Joseph Scott Hansen from a conviction of rape, following a jury trial. I.C. § 18-6101. On appeal, Hansen contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion either to suppress an expert witness's testimony or alternatively to grant a continuance in order to prepare for such testimony due to late disclosure by the prosecutor.
