Defendant was charged in a multi-count indictment with aggravated assault (N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1b(1)), possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose (N.J.S.A. 2C:39-4) and terroristic threats (N.J.S.A. 2C:12-3b).
