Sherman Fricks and Harold Grubbs appeal their convictions of conspiracy to receive and solicit money with intent to influence actions and decisions relating to a labor union employee benefit plan, 18 U.S.C. § 361, and the related substantive count, 18 U.S.C. § 1954.
