PER CURIAM:

Plaintiffs were injured when the motorcycle on which they were riding overturned. The accident occurred in Pensacola, Florida on Main Street near its intersection with Comandencia. Defendant Burlington's track runs up the center of Main Street at that location. Plaintiffs alleged that the accident was caused by a dangerous defect in the surface of Main Street and that the defect was created and controlled by Burlington.
