James Owens appeals from a judgment denying his claim for period of disability and social security disability benefits as provided under 42 U.S.C. § 416(i) and § 423. On appeal, Owens complains the record lacks substantial evidence to support the determination that he is not disabled within the meaning of the Social Security Act.
