Debtors filed their joint petition under Chapter 13 on January 25, 1985. The Chapter 13 plan provided, at Paragraph 4, the following information:

(4) the following-named secured creditors have a lien on collateral in the possession of the debtors. Opposite each secured creditor's name is the dollar amount of the value the debtors place on the secured creditor's interest in the estate's property...
